[01] Chek-in and Check-out Time is 01:00 pm and 12:00 pm respectively.
[02] Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
[03] Primary guest must be 18 years and above to check in to the Hotel/Resort.
[04] Guests may be asked to present a valid photo identification upon check in. Valid ids are: PAN Card, Driving Licence, Voters Card, Passport.
[05] Children upto 5 years of age are entertained complementary checkin (all plans), without extra bed arrangement, provided the number does not exceed 2 children per room.
[06] Children between age group 6-12, shall be chargeable at INR500 with extra bed arrangement and 250 without extra bed arrangement.
[06] No Refund and/or No Advance Amount Adjustment stands valid in case of cancellation of bookings, guests taking lesser number of rooms, shortened stay, modified stay, extra bed(s) original projected requirement, early check in and/or late checkout, change in check in or/and check out dates, and/or for guests coming less than projected
[07] No Refund and/or No Advance Amount Adjustment stands valid in exchange of eatables, consumables, chargeable services and/or chargeable facilities.
[08] Advance bookings are made against a token amount and are totally on good faith, with this understanding that the guests will pay the balance total amount at the time of check in, however advance amounts refund or adjustments stand invalid as explained in Pt.[06] and Pt.[07].
[08] Damages if any, must be intimated to the hotel within an hour upon successful check in. Damages if any, except the ones reported within an hour, would be accountable towards the customer at the time of Check out.
[09] Cash Back if given stands null and void in any kind of specifications change/deviation as mentioned in the primary booking voucher.
[10] Cancellation made within 3 days of the check-in and in case of no show-up, full cost of stay shall be charged. Cancellation made between 4 to 10 days of the check in date one night retention would be charged. Cancellation made before 10 days of check-in date.

» Cancellation made after 01:00pm 08-Feb -» NO REFUND
» Cancellation made after 01:00pm 01-Feb but before 01:00pm of 07-Feb -» 1 NIGHT RETENTION; i:e: (if 2 rooms package was booked for 2 days, one day retention, i;e: 2 rooms package retention would be charged, and the rest would be refunded to the customer).
» Cancellation made before 01:00pm of 01-Feb -» 75% REFUND.
[11] Refund standing valid would be sent within 7 days in the form of account payable cheque in favor of the primary guest who initiated the booking.
[12] The meal plan for your selected booking includes meals as per the meal plan selected, the room tariff and associated taxes only. The amount shown does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as snacks or external telephone calls). These will be charged upon check-out.
[13] Pork and Beef not available with us.
[14] We charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement for the Christmas eve and New Year's eve on the stay during respective periods. Besides, other special supplements may be applicable during festival periods such as Diwali, Dusshera etc. which must be clarified before hand from us, before making any reservations for special date, and/or festivals.
[15] Any disputes arising will be subjected to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Shimla, Himachal, India. |
